Instructions for your Conex Sale Inventory List: -REQUIRED vs optional: The CSV file has required fields (columns) that are in: ALL CAPITAL LETTERS. The optional fields (columns) are in: lower case letters. -NO COMMAS: Your spreadsheet must not contain commas (,). Use the search feature in your spreadsheet program to find any commas and remove them. It is common for the `price` column to have commas, so make sure they are removed as well as any other commas. -FIELD (COLUMN) DESCRIPTIONS: `id` = The conex.com inventory ID. The format is 'N' + 8 digits + 'V'. Example: N87654321V. When importing new inventory this field is blank. `STATUS` = one of these options: 'Active', 'Inbound', 'Hidden', 'Reserved', 'Deleted', 'Sold'. Only 'Active' inventory is shown for sale to buyers. `QUANTITY` = How many containers. `SIZE` = one of these options: "10' Standard", "20' Standard", "20' Double Door", "20' High Cube", "20' HC DD", "40' Standard", "40' Double Door", "40' High Cube", "40' HC DD", "45' High Cube", "48' High Cube", "53' High Cube", "20' Duo-con", "20' Flat Rack", "20' Half-Height", "20' Insulated", "20' Open Side", "20' HC Open Side", "20' Open Top", "20' Reefer", "40' Flat Rack", "40' Half-Height", "40' HC Insulated", "40' Open Side", "40' HC Open Side", "40' Open Top", "40' HC Reefer". `RATING` = one of these options: 'NEW', 'IICL', 'CWO', 'WWT', 'ASIS-2', 'ASIS-5', 'ASIS-10', 'ASIS-15', 'ASIS-20', 'ASIS-25', 'SCRAP'. The ASIS options are how many hours of labor it will take to fix the box back to cargo-worthy. `country` = For United States, use USA. All other countries, use the name of the country where the inventory is. `state` = The name of the state/province/region. `CITY` = The name of the closest major city where the inventory is located. Example: Units in Worcester city should use 'Boston'. `PRICE` = The selling price. 5 numbers max so do NOT use .00 in the price. `depot` = Provide the Depot Company Name and optionally add the address and other contact details. Remember, no commas! `bic` = A list of the BIC-Codes (container numbers). Valid BIC codes are like this: "CNXU1002009 ECMU9328370 TCKU9031702". Remember, no commas! `yom` = The year of manufacture of the containers. Can be a year like 2019 or a range like "2018-2019". `color` = The color can be specified as "red" or "blue" or a specific RAL Color such as: "RAL1001". `so` = The seller order #. This allows you to track this order using your own specific numbers such as redelivery numbers, customer numbers or anything else. `notes` = Your own private notes regarding this inventory.
